We visited Gismath Jail Mandi for dinner as a group of 12 people, and it was a great experience! We ordered a Mix Non-Veg Platter, 6 Mandi (which are more than enough for two people each), a veg paneer platter, and soft drinks. The total bill came to around ₹5200, which is quite reasonable for the quantity and quality of food we got. The taste was awesome, especially the mix non-veg platter – juicy, flavorful, and well-cooked. I'm not usually a fan of basmati rice as I prefer regular biryani rice, but even then, the mandi rice was flavorful and enjoyable. For those who love mandi, this place is definitely worth a visit. On average, one mandi can comfortably serve two people, and the cost is around ₹500 per person, which makes it a good value-for-money place. Would definitely recommend it for group outings or anyone wanting to try mandi. Gail Mandi restaurant is a hidden gem that serves up some of the most authentic and flavorful Mandi in town. The chicken Mandi is must try, with meet that fall of the bone and is incredibly tender. The rice is cooked to perfection with a delicate balance of spicy and a fluffy texture. The both rice is flavorful, adding another layer of the dish.
