My recent experience at Gismat jail Mandi KPHB was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a dispute over seating, and the staff showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism towards us as customers. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue calmly, we were met with rudeness and hostility. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to treat its patrons in such a manner. I would strongly advise against dining here until they improve their customer service standards. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The seating arrangement at this restaurant was a disaster. We were crammed into a tiny table in a crowded corner, practically elbow to elbow with the neighboring diners. The chairs were uncomfortable and seemed to be on the verge of collapse. To make matters worse, there was no privacy whatsoever, as the tables were so tightly packed together that it felt like we were dining with strangers. Overall, the seating situation completely overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the meal.one of the worst rood behavior restaurant please donot visit the restaurant Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
