We recently visited Gismat Jail Mandi House and tried their Chicken Mandi. The portion was generous and easily sufficient for two people. The rice was well-cooked and flavorful, and the chicken was nicely seasoned — overall, a satisfying dish. We also ordered the Chicken Tangdi, but found it a bit underwhelming. For ₹250, we received just two small drumsticks, which felt overpriced considering the portion size. The taste was average and didn’t really justify the cost. In summary, the Chicken Mandi is worth trying, but the side dishes like the Chicken Tangdi may not offer the best value for money. My recent experience at Gismat jail Mandi KPHB was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a dispute over seating, and the staff showed a complete lack of respect and professionalism towards us as customers. Despite our attempts to resolve the issue calmly, we were met with rudeness and hostility. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to treat its patrons in such a manner. I would strongly advise against dining here until they improve their customer service standards. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
