1. When it is crowded, quality of food goes down and 'kaarigar' speaks rudely and with attitude and treat customers as beggars.
2. When asked for Gunjia and Chandrakala 1 kg pack, the weight came to be 1 kg 10 gms. The person who was packing the box cut the piece of 10gm. No brand does that not even Brijwasi. It is not raw cottage cheese for god sake!, it is a sweet. Put less in the box but complete pieces. We can't gift broken pieces to anyone.
3. Removed his forefathers name, a sign that arrogance has seeped in.
