We visited your restaurant for lunch today. While I’m a regular customer and usually have a good experience, today was quite disappointing due to the service provided by a staff member named Hari. From the beginning, the service was subpar. No water was served initially, and after a long wait, we were given just one water bottle without a glass. Despite repeated requests, we were left waiting for the finger bowl as well. When we requested a change or rectification to the dish, Hari’s response was impolite and dismissive. His attitude reflected a lack of basic customer service skills and professionalism. After making the payment, we intended to carry the remaining bottled water, only to find that the lid had been discarded without informing us. This was both inconsiderate and unnecessary. Overall, it was a harrowing experience that completely ruined our lunch. I believe Hari is not suited for a customer-facing role, and I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure a better experience for future patrons Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
