Dear Mr. Rajesh, Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. I truly appreciate the time and effort you took to escalate this issue to us. I will take appropriate action with the staff involved, ensuring they receive the necessary training to prevent such issues in the future. It has come to my attention that they were responsible for transferring essential raw materials from our central production, a task they failed to complete on time. As a valued long-term customer, your patronage means a great deal to us. We would be grateful for the opportunity to serve you once again and regain your confidence.
