Today after a long time I went to Ginger Restaurant.But I didn't expect the food there to be so bad.I ordered a dosa, rasgulla and some Chinese items.Rasgulla and Dosha's Sambar absolutely cold.I informed the manager about this.But there was no action by them.I remember the first time I ate at Ginger Hotel.So how delicious was it? I have also filled out a feedback form.I hope there will be some improvement in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I have recently hosted a party for 50 people at Ginger Hotel, and the experience was excellent. The food was delicious, the venue was clean, and the staff were supportive and courteous throughout the event. A special thanks to Mr. Prasant, the manager, for efficiently organizing everything and ensuring that all arrangements were handled smoothly. The rates were affordable, making it great value for money. Highly recommended for gatherings and events! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Today I visited in the Restaurant and ordered Masala Dosa , Service was very poor , they served water to me in a brocken glass and other things were also not upto the mark , when I asked one person who was sitting over payment counter regarding this and asked for complaint register then he denied and said we do not have such type of register again I asked to him wether is he Manager or owner he started a hot talk to me .
Service and hospitality of the Restaurant is very poisonous.Staff is not careful and basically they are Rustic people.
The owners of the Restaurant should take action other wise definitely this will be in a bad list of Customers.
