I visited Gibinas Cafe, Nedumbassery after hearing about it from friends and on social media. The food menu is concise, likely focusing on their specialty or signature items. I tried the broasted chicken—it was decent. The first-floor dining area is a standout feature, offering a great view of the airport runway. Watching flights take off and land added a unique and enjoyable touch to the experience. The service could be more attentive and efficient. A uniform for all service staff would help customers easily identify team members when they need assistance. Overall, Gibinas Cafe has potential and a unique location advantage. Tried beef dum biriyani from there, the food was amazing but we hope curd based salad will be a good option for that biriyani. Beside that the lemon and date pickles were top! Overall a good experience! Expecting a curd salad next time !!!
