I ordered a litre tub and I got this. Zomato's customer care was extremely unhelpful and seeing this portion of ice cream for the food I ordered was horrible. Gianis being such a huge brand name can make its customer a fool. never order anything from here.

I ordered kulfi faluda, they sent me kulfi, on calling, we asked about the branch sector of gianis, Mr Abhishek (may be wrong name) told us we are located at sector 13. That is totally ridiculous and non negotiable behaviour. We were not aware that gianis trains their workers like this.
