I had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. The service was unprofessional, and hygiene standards were not followed. The staff were not wearing gloves while scooping ice cream, and their hands were directly touching the food.

Giani's ice cream is my favourite ice cream brand..all the flavours and waffle sandwiches are very tasty..even their sugar free ice cream ranges are also good..my whole family relish giani's ice cream..
