Perfectly cooked fudge sundae, falooda and fudge have an appetizing taste. A number of guests find the staff terrific. Service at Giani's Ice Cream is something one can call fine. The calm atmosphere makes a positive impression on reviewers. But clients rate this place below average on Google.

Tried chocolate cassata and cotton candy. Will recommend the Cotton candy. Very different from the usual ice creams. Overall the taste was fine but the main issue being lots of flies inside the outlet. So yeah, hygiene is a let down. Need to improve upon that.
