I visited Giani's Ice Cream in Sector 46, Gurgaon with my 3-year-old daughter, and it was quite a disappointing experience. We ordered the so-called "Royal Falooda," but it was poorly prepared – the falooda was not properly cooked, which ruined the entire experience. To make matters worse, the cashier seemed completely uninterested in the customers, spending more time watching cricket than attending to anyone. It was frustrating to feel completely disregarded. I expected much better service and quality from such a reputed place. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon.
