Unprofessional staff. Packed the items as it was and didn't even cared to write a note over the packets. Both choco chips & Bavarian chocolate looks same & how could one differentiate without tasting them? So they could have easily wrote over the packets & the same could have been differentiated easily.

one of the orders was already opened and the seal was already broken. not accepted this by giani received it melted.
