Icecream was sent without ice packets. By the time it was delivered ice cream was melted. Did not expected such experience from giani. Since giani is my favourite outlet to visit everytime but this was not expected. Kindly take care of this going forward. The Icecream was not worth buying. It is melted completely. Few portion is good enough to have otherwise 80 % of Icecream is melted.
