Ordered kulfi faluda. But got only glass full of faluda. Had a bitter experience rather than sweet desert. Please change the name to faluda glass.

Ordered two sundaes from this outlet of Giani. The packaging was great and it was delivered on time. The caramel mocha sundae was brilliant as always but the hot chocolate fudge was so disappointing that I had to literally throw it away. The hot chocolate fudge was nothing but vanilla ice cream mixed with chocolate sauce with no nuts or anything else. And the most shocking part was that they delivered it in a tiny glass and charged ₹100 for just mixing vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce!
