first of all,forget to click pictures, do not know how it tastes good.But for sure the vada is full of oil which the pav soak in it. later which they call gun powder ( it does not taste the way it used to 3 years back) sorry in jaipur do not know about other places.for sure not healthy but it's indian hum....

there has been no demarcation done of which one which vada pav. quality is also not good. doesn't taste fresh.
