quantity not given as per family pack and malai kofta not delivered. they sent something else on their own with delay delivery of an hour

I ordered 2 premium non-veg thali, however I received one veg and one non veg thali but when I reached out to Zomato support they didn’t help and ended the the chat conversation. I called to restaurant to discuss on the same they were very helpful and they sent me the non veg thali…
The way the restaurant executive spoke I was amazed

thali food was so cold. it felt straight out of fridge. Don't have great food experience from Chaayos. Ghee and turmeric turned out to be from chaayos
