Excellent service. We had a private pool rooms and Mr Ananda went out of his way to provide unmatched service. All the service housekeeping and kitchen guys were on there toes all the time. Wr went there for a family function And their arrangements exceeded our expectations. Service: 5

Based on my experience, Gharana is a great resort for spending quality time with friends, couples, or family at a very reasonable price. All the staff are very polite and humble. The rooms are of excellent quality and very clean. The resort is located in a peaceful area, free from crowds, making it an ideal place to relax. The resort offers many facilities like a swimming pool, library, gaming room, and more. Most importantly, the food is delicious. You can dine at their restaurant or opt for room service. Overall, the experience was fantastic. A must-visit place! Service: 5

Good to chill for people of Hooghly and Howrah. in my opinion this place is bit overrated and foods are not good in terms of quality and taste. we have ordered aloo posto in lunch that was horrible don't try ffs. we have ordered chicken 65 and fish kebab as snacks chicken 65 was good but that fish kebab was extra spicy. we have ordered mix fried rice that's 2.5 out of 5. and they takes alot of time to make food so have patience when you're ordering something. But the behaviour of staff's are good. Service: 3
