Stepping into German Cafe & Bistro in New Town, Kolkata, feels like a delightful escape. The ambience was a perfect balance with warm lighting and comfortable seating..An ideal spot to catch up with friends..They have a diverse menu of continental & Oriental food..We ordered Cafe Special Grilled Chicken marinated with Pesto Sauce which was juicy and flavorful, shredded chicken & pepper salad which had a creamy dressing, watermelon revolution & mango bloom..The service was prompt and friendly.. Overall, this cafe offers delicious food, a pleasant vibe & good service.. making it a highly recommended spot for everyone.....Thanks Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible experience! The 3 course meal plan can't be shared by two people even though it is a fixed quantity. Moreover, each member in a group needs to order at least one main course. That's doubly unfair since a person can decide to order only one starter or share a main course with another. When you point this out to the staff, they nonchalantly say it's a written rule on the menu. It's written on the bottom of the menu in such small letters it's barely visible. They should be clear about their policies at the start and not waste everyone's time. Must visit if you want to experience Nazi Germany.
