The German Bakery: A Culinary and Hospitality Gem in McLeod Ganj If you're making your way up to McLeod Ganj, especially towards Bhagsu Nag, you've got to find the German Bakery. Seriously, it's a food spot you can't miss. It's located up the hill, and it's worth the climb. That masala papad? Forget anything you've had before. It's ridiculously crispy. Then, their chicken sizzler is a proper meal, with good, fresh veggies and fries. And then there's the hummus. The pita's fresh, the falafel's great, and that hummus with the olive oil? Just amazing. Plus, those Yamen noodles, the soft fried garlic ones... they're something else. And the guy there, Rahul, is super welcoming. Makes you feel right at home. So, if you're heading upwards in McLeod Ganj towards Bhagsu Nag, make sure you stop at the German Bakery. You won't regret the hike.
