Have been seein the place for quite sometime.
Good for chiniese food.. The chicken crispy was very different and great on taste.. prawns masal was spicy and prawns were fressh..had the chicken masala rice which qas slightly dry. But overall good experience.. peaceful view of the river mandovi.. recommemdation is to go for an early dinner to enjoy the view and quite ambience..

We were one day into our journey in Goa. We were looking for a nice place for Lunch as we passed by Gene garden and decided to eat there as the view was breathtaking. We saw the timings and as it was 3:30PM, we asked if we could still come in. We were told it was last order but sit and eat peacefully in our time. We made the order all at one and to our surprise received EVERYTHING in one go - soup, starters and main course, and that too within 15 mins of ordering. Moreover, the food was in pathetic condition, charred and tasted awful. It did not taste fresh and definitely not what we ordered for. The demeanor of the staff was awful, worst than an Udipi restaurant. On asking for replacement for the charred item (papas), we were told that the kitchen is closed. The waiter had clearly taken a dislike for us and even refused to give soda saying that the Fridge door was locked. On making the same request to another server, we got the soda. Mind you, it was just 5mins past 4. I've gone to restaurants earlier where they're about to close down, but no one treats the customer so badly. This is, by far, the worst experience I had at any restaurant.
