Feeling overwhelmed with my project, I decided to take a much-needed break and headed over to Oberoi Mall for a change of scenery. While wandering around, I came across Gelato Italiano, a place I hadn't tried before. The vibrant display of gelato caught my attention, so I thought, why not give it a shot? As it was my first time trying gelato, I approached the counter a bit unsure of what to choose. That’s when I met Raveena, who turned out to be incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I explained that I was new to gelato, and she enthusiastically recommended a few flavors, even offering me samples with those tiny spoons to help me decide. Her suggestions were spot on, and I finally settled on a couple of flavors that were absolutely delightful. The gelato was creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor—exactly what I needed to lift my spirits. Beyond the incredible taste, Raveena's warm and attentive service made the entire experience even more memorable. It’s rare to find such personalized service, and it truly made a difference. Even though I don’t live near Oberoi Mall, I know I’ll be making a point to return to Gelato Italiano whenever I’m in the area.
