I’ve been a regular customer of Geeta Khaman for the past 10 days because I love their Chinese samosa and vagera idala—they taste amazing. However, my experience today was very disappointing. I visited yesterday to order my usual breakfast, and I decided to ask a few questions about the taste and prices of other products. I ordered a plate of vagera idala, Chinese samosa, Punjabi samosa, and two patti samosas. There were only a few customers in the shop. When my Chinese samosa was fried in front of me, I requested the staff to give me a freshly fried, hot one, as the one packed was quite cold. The staff member refused, claiming it was hot, but when I checked, it obviously was not. I insisted on a hot one, and his dismissive attitude upset me. He even sarcastically commented, "Are you passing time for just 50 or 100 grams in the morning in front of four people?" I expressed that I’m paying for quality and I expect respectful customer service. Then, the person who seemed to be the owner intervened, asking what the problem was. When I explained, he said that once packed, the food can’t be kept hot and fresh and suggested that it might get damaged or expire early, supporting his employee’s stance rather than addressing my concern. I find it highly unprofessional and disrespectful to be treated this way, especially in front of other customers. Such conduct from a reputed brand is unacceptable. If given a chance, I would consider filing a formal complaint under the consumer protection laws regarding humiliating and disrespectful treatment of customers according to Section 504 in The Indian Penal Code, 1860. Everything good but the chutney shouldn't have garlic.They don't serve tea or coffee for breakfast. Meal type: Breakfast

We don’t server garlic in chutney, who told you we serve garlic in chutney, it is pure Jain and swaminarayan chutney 365 days. And about tea and coffee we don’t provide.
