The staff is said to be courteous here. The nice service displays a high level of quality at this restaurant. When inside, the ambiance is peaceful. But google users rated Hotel Gayatri's and it didn't earn a high rating.

You will feel Hotel Gayatri's is your next home, It's one of the best place to stay in Berhampur, they serve very quality food & maintaining hygiene.The staff is really very friendly & they treat you like your family. You'll feel your first visit awesome. It was my first visit & felt great experience in Gayatri's.The Hotel maintenance is really good, hotel atmosphere & the place it's located is really good.Special thanks to Debadata (Owner) for giving us warm welcome & guiding us for exploring berhampur & some other tourist places, he has taken care as we are his family, I felt my first visit of Berhampur & some other Odisha tourism places, it's all possible because of Debadata, we were unplanned but I have explored some of Odisha tourism places it's all possible because of Debadata's Guidance.I would like to thank few staff people like Sunand, Sarita, Nutan, Mandakini, Pillu, Raja, & Anil Kumar shetty, they all are really awesome .I would also thank the hotel security like Balakrishna & Jagannath, they both are really having helping nature, also they have keep an eye on your Wehicle.I would strongly recommend Gayatri's hotel if you're visiting with family.Once again thanks to Gayatri's hotel & their entire staff

Food is good. But pathetic service due to very less staff. Poor management
