It was raining heavily and the owner of Burger Factory suggested us Gatto Nero.
The place is really small and beautifully done with plants. The owners are from France and Italy i guess..
We were a big group and we ordered almost every kind of pasta available that day..
Would highly recommend their spaghetti in alfredo sauce..we got the chicken one..you can opt for any topping.
The penne in lamb bolognese sauce was rich & delicious..it was topped with lots of parmesan cheese...i added chilli flakes and salt to it.
Smoked salmon pasta was in white sauce with almonds..a must order for fish lovers.
We also ordered crostini which was topped with salmon in pesto sauce.
They also serve fresh juices and beer.
Recommend the place if you are in Anjuna.
I know Goa is all about awesome Goan food, which is my first love. However, after eating it for every meal, it got a little too much for it and we found this place just by chance!
It's a small place which is on Anjuna's main road, on the stretch between HDFC ATM and Burger factory. I ordered a smoked salmon pasta here which was unbelievably good! The salmon tasted fresh, the crunchiness of almonds complimented the flavors and overall, it was a light meal that left me satisfied.
If you want to visit this place, arrive early because it was full when we visited it off season!
