We saw the reviews and went to this restaurant. We ordered Chilly fish, laccha paratha, mutton rogan josh, Hakka noodles.
It took more than 45 mins for them to serve us. The Hakka noodles were literally burnt, and the chilly fish was beyond non edible, it was undercooked and when reported, the waiter started arguing about it saying “it is the natural smell of bhetki” as if we never had bhetki fish before. He argues and then lastly took the dish out of ordered items. We anyhow had the laccha parthas and mutton and took off.
Worst food experience ever.

The taste was very good. The quantity was really sufficient. Navaratan Korma was very delicious. The place is really affordable and the staffs are very courteous and friendly.

This place is more than a restaurant for me.. it has become like family now.. have been to this place for countless number of times from last 7-8yrs.. recently we had thrown our first anniversary party here and recollected how i came to this place first time with him 8years back.. we have number of favourite dishes but our favourite is gateway special russian salad. We LOVE it.. i literally parcel it once in almost every week for years.. they also have very polite customer service staff. This may not qualify as a strict review but i guess i had to write this for gateway and i hope it connects with customers the way it did with us..
