On the way to Ayodhya from Prayagraj, I have to take a halt at Sultanpur. I came across this hotel and to my satisfaction for a reasonable price and a stopover expected, this is good one. The staff is courteous and food cooked heigenic and homely. Rooms: Comfortable and clean Nearby activities: In side min city, in market area. One can enjoy chat and paan. Safety: Gated parking Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Great value

Currently staying in hotel. Everything is fine but they are not following the hotelier protocol. Eg only 1cup tea allowed in breakfast.no complimentary onion and lemon its chargeable. I think they have to mention it at the time of check in. No complementary minerals water except premium rooms. Thanks god I am staying in premium room 110.receptionist is telling me that he is following order he is also very rude. Food portion is also very less. They have problem in interacting with kitchen staff. Mr om singh stoped me and asked me not to talk kitchen staff while I was telling kitchen staff they what kind of food I want. As per me its not faire in hotel industry.my colleague stayed in 109 he was also have same feeling. Service: 2
