When you decide to celebrate rival cricket victory with nice scoop of ice-cream? #indiavspakistan2019... Ganu Shinde- Pune's oldest ice-cream parlor serving ice-cream since 1879?.... The first ice-cream they served was at 15 paisa and now it is 40 rupees but trying to keep taste and appearance same for last 140 years?... Gulkand and Sitafal ice-creams are the speciality... Humble ambience, great taste and easy on pocket with such a historical significance- a definite recommended place.

This outlet is super old and I can remember forcing my mum to take me there almost everytime we passed it.
Have tried multiple ice creams here..mango strawberry or just plain vanilla. THEY ALL TASTE AMAZING.
Never tried actual food here.

It is hot summer afternoon, you are window-shopping on the side-walks of Laxmi Road and all of a sudden you spot an Ice Cream parlor.. wouldn't you be overfilled with Joy. That's Ganu Shinde Icecream for you!

This is a no-frills parlor with modest 4-5 wooden tables where you can enjoy the best Icecreams / Mastanis and Shakes.

The Icecreams though usual flavors taste way better than the other well known parlors around. We tried Pista and Kala Jamun. Both were very good.

A must visit when in the area.
