My trips to the port town of Thoothukudi/ Tuticorin are never ever completed without a customary visit to this iconic bakery in town centre. From a metro dweller's perspective, when seen from outside, Ganesh Bakery could be perceived as a modest one. Just enough space for some 8 people to stand, & one cannot enter the bakery too. Neither is there space to sit & savour the food. But, the quality of products they churn out is simply WOW. My picks from their menu is not macaroons But, cookies, especially butter biscuits. Don't forget to relish their puffs too. Ample space to park car in front of the bakery.
