There is huge different in taste, when owner makes dishes—it’s tend to give signature taste especially for gotalo, or when employees make dishes— that signature taste completely lost from those dishes. Owner doesn’t want give his complete recipes to their employees; therefore, customers doesn’t get their signature taste value every time.
