After enjoying Dipika Balak Mandir, go to this restaurant that is not far away. Many visitors mention that you can eat perfectly cooked panipuri, bhel puri and sandwiches here. Many people note that the staff is hospitable at Ganesh Bhel (Senapati Bapat Road). Spectacular service is something guests like here. You may pay your attention to the exotic atmosphere. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I recently visited this Bhel store looking for a good breakfast option. When I asked about their speciality, they recommended their “Special Bhel” priced at ₹60. However, the experience was highly disappointing. The Bhel was tasteless and definitely not worth the high price they charged. Moreover, the hygiene standards at the store were very poor. The cook was not wearing gloves or a mask while preparing the food. Shockingly, he was seen consuming tobacco products (tambaku and gutkha) while handling the food, without properly cleaning his hands afterward. This is completely unacceptable for any food establishment. The attitude of the owner was also very rude. Instead of respectfully addressing customer queries, he seemed uninterested and unfriendly. After noticing the poor hygiene practices, I chose to throw the Bhel in the dustbin without consuming it. As a customer, I believe basic hygiene, respectful customer service, and food quality should be the minimum standards maintained by any food outlet. Unfortunately, this store failed in all these areas. I strongly urge the authorities to inspect and ensure such places maintain cleanliness and customer respect.
