However , please understand that If you want to sit in comfy arrangements with Airconditioner on for 4 hours and don't want to order anything from cafe , we take cover charges of Rs 100/- per person per hour to enjoy the arrangements without billing. The same was taken from you today as you were two couples sitting in cafe for 4 hours without any billing done. Please understand we are into business and we also incur costs in running business. I hope you understand and appreciate the cover charges to sit in cafe without any billing as a part of cost recovery. If customers come to cafe , enjoy for 4 hours without any order , how can we sustain business ? At the outset , we request you to please do sufficient billing next time to avoid cover charges.
