The evening I visited this place, a couple of food stalls didn't have electricity, while some did!
I asked the cook at this outlet about how would he be able to prepare the dish without proper light, but he sounded too confident, saying that wasn't a big deal for him.
I was skeptical & hence requested to only pay for the food, once I tasted how good or bad it was. He quickly agreed to this, so much confidence.
But then the pav bhaji arrived on our table. It was super delicious, & so full of veggies. My taste buds thanked me for it. Well, honestly, it was really good, perfect spiced, inspite of lack of proper light.
This good experience made me order their veg pulav as well. That too, turned out to be good in term of flavours. The salt & other spices were well balanced.
On the other hand, the Bam's offerings were not so great. Check out its review to know more, but skip that one, & stop by this food joint.
Must try!
