We booked a room in this palace for two nights, and the service they provided was outstanding. First, I would like to thank the receptionist, who was very helpful and understood that we had traveled from far. Even though the check-in time was 12 PM, she somehow managed to provide us with a room to freshen up, despite the entire palace being booked for a wedding function. The rooms were very good and spacious. We booked a deluxe room with breakfast and dinner included. The rooms were very neat and clean, with 24/7 hot water availability. The bathroom was well-maintained, with no water leakage at all. All the staff were polite and very helpful. The food was superb in terms of taste, quantity, and price. They offered a great variety of dishes, all of which were very delicious. Overall, this place deserves a 5 out of 5 from my side. Service: 5
