I had a horrible experience with this place. I ordered a Plate Shawarma via Swiggy, and to my absolute shock, I found a dead cockroach in the food after eating almost half of it. This is beyond disgusting and raises serious concerns about their hygiene standards. I reached out to Swiggy’s in-app support, but the response was extremely poor and unhelpful. I sincerely urge the restaurant to take food safety seriously, and I hope no one else has to go through something like this. Definitely not ordering from here again. I had high hopes for this café, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I never had worst biryani in my life I felt here after having biryani and no worst place and service was extrem slow,place was not clean. Never visit this place my strong feels. It’s a shame because the place has potential, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t return or recommend it to others.
