the service is so bad. had ordered food at 7.20. the delivery mas was waiting since half an hour outside the shop. the people there refused to give him the order or even speak to him and asked him to wait outside. I had to call up and coordinate with the manger. the manager then took any action. all this ordeal took 1. 5 hours! so not expected. and zomato also did not take any action from their end instead suggested to cancel the order. wow.

they are almost 40 minutes late for this order, not happy with this, and not providing pani puris mashala also
