    Extremely disappointing experience at GS Biryani. Har baar order dene ke baad 40-50 minutes ka wait time hota hai, without any proper update. Worst part is the lady sitting at the reception – unbelievably rude and arrogant. Customers ki koi respect hi nahi hai uske tone mein. Jab poochho order kitni der mein aayega, to jawab dena bhi zaroori nahi samajhti. It was our last visit – ab dobara toh kabhi nahi. Service itni pathetic thi ki lagta hai staff ko khud farak nahi padta. Please avoid this place unless you want to spoil your mood and waste your time. Apne risk pe hi jaana – experience bolta hai.
