The great location of this restaurant makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. Ordering nicely cooked tandoori chicken, masala papad and paneer is what a number of guests advise. Clients don't like beer at Bridgepoint. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fine service is a big advantage of this place. Based on the guests' opinions, prices are affordable. As visitors find it, the atmosphere is charming here. But many people who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

Very Bad and Unsafe Experience at Bridgepoint Restaurant I had a terrible experience at Bridgepoint Restaurant. Around midnight 11:45, a customer who was there with his wife asked the staff for a food parcel. The staff refused and started using abusive language. When the customer questioned them, they became aggressive and started fighting with him. Some tables were even broken during the incident. Instead of stopping the fight, the restaurant owner supported his staff and also used abusive words toward the customer and his wife. Later, more people (possibly hired goons) arrived and assaulted the customer. It was a very disturbing and unsafe situation. Such behavior from restaurant staff and management is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place for their own safety. If there would be option to give 0 star I would have opted for that ... I have been here 3 4 times even after saying that fish is stale Manager and Captain refused to replace that ... We had touched only single piece of the fish ... Bad attitude from the staff ... I was telling ny friends from Katraj about this restaurant serving fresh sea food .... Truly Disappointed!!
