Chinese food is worth a try here. You can always enjoy tasty grilled chicken, biryani and fried fish at this bbq. Food delivery is a big plus of Grill House Restaurant. The good staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fast service shows a high level of quality at this place. Prices here are reported to be attractive. From the visitors' viewpoint, the atmosphere is calm. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Food Taste is Good also serving is on time no more waiting but the AC in Common Dining Area is not enough also there is no Fan in Common Dining Area there is only one Fan near Hand Washing. It feels uncomfortable. In this summer time feels more hot inside the dining area. Over the years, this place became my go-to, my comfort zone when it came to ordering food. I always trusted them to get it right, to deliver that familiar taste that I had come to love. But today, something changed, and not in a good way. I ordered the exact same meal that I’ve been enjoying for the past two years, but to my surprise, what arrived wasn’t what I had ordered. Mistakes happen, right? So, I quickly notified Swiggy, expecting the same level of service that had earned my loyalty over time. Unfortunately, what followed was a cold, template response, lacking any genuine acknowledgment of the situation. Instead of hearing an apology or even a hint of concern, I was met with a robotic “Shall I refund?” No empathy, no human connection, just a default message. It left me feeling more like a number than a valued customer. Still, I didn’t want to stop there. I called the restaurant directly, hoping that speaking to someone would make things right. But what came next was even more disheartening. The gentleman who answered the phone told me, quite matter-of-factly, “We were busy, so this happened.” That sentence hit me hard. Yes, I understand that restaurants get busy, but isn’t the whole point of ordering food—especially through services like Swiggy—to trust that the restaurant will deliver what we need, when we need it? We order because we’re hungry, because we need food, and we trust the place we order from to care enough to get it right. This experience has left me questioning more than just the order—it made me wonder, what happened to customer service? Have we lost the human touch? Where is the empathy, the simple understanding that your customers are people, not just orders in a queue? I never expected perfection, but I did expect to be treated like a person, not just a transaction. Grill House Restaurant, you’ve been a part of my meals for years, but this experience has left me disappointed and disillusioned. It’s not just about the wrong food—it’s about feeling like my loyalty and trust don’t matter.
