I visited the restaurant last week and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious — especially the butter chicken, which was amazing! The atmosphere was pleasant and added to the overall dining experience. Totally satisfied and would definitely recommend it. Unfortunately, what followed was a cold, template response, lacking any genuine acknowledgment of the situation. Instead of hearing an apology or even a hint of concern, I was met with a robotic “Shall I refund?” No empathy, no human connection, just a default message. It left me feeling more like a number than a valued customer. Still, I didn’t want to stop there. I called the restaurant directly, hoping that speaking to someone would make things right.
