The location is very good and easily commutable. There is nothing called room service here... You have to serve yourself... They will just provide the rooms for the stay. The ambience is top notch... The restaurant inside is the best place to chill. Foods are comparatively costly. You have to compromise on quality and taste. Service: 2

We booked Double deluxe AC room by Make my trip for a family vacation of 2 days stay and they give non AC room to us as all AC rooms are full. They also didn't give difference. I had the worst experience at this location, so will not suggest it to anyone.. Rates for accommodation are too expensive and not worthy in quality.. No TV available, No hot water No cleanliness and unhygienic.. Food is also too expensive and not as much in quality and quantity and service is also too much slow... Accessibility to nearby tourist places is very less ..only anjanedri hills is on 200 meter distance apart from that all other places are almost 25km far away... Will not recommend this resort to anyone at all.. Service: 2

Horrible experience. The worst I have every experienced. 1. We opted for bamboo cottage. LOL -There are no bamboo cottage. On the 1st floor half constructed concrete rooms have been covered with bamboo sheets which they are calling cottages. 2. There is no room service. Not even for water tea or coffee. You will need to go to there reception buy the water and take it to your room. The staff won't even help you with your luggage to the room. 3. One of the staff is a body builder with his brains in his knees. He talks with so much attitude as if they are doing you a favour. 4. Rooms - curtains in the windows are so thein that the entire night you won't be able to sleep with all the lights from outside. Cheap quality curtains and room. Bathroom flush not working and you will need to your buckets. 5. If you order any parcel to the resort, the staff will steal it and says no package has been delivered. The staff is happy to argue and fight with you but not give you your package. 6. If you ask for a glass for your room, you will be given plastic use and throw glass, like you are in a local bar. Bad bad bad place to stay. Service: 1
