Dear Nikkhil Sir, We are very sad to read your review. We had informed you all the dos and donts while selling the plants. Also we had given you complete plant care information in PDF format. We had tried to answer your queries through hundreds of WhatsApp chats also over phone calls. Also our owner of the nursery visited your place thrice to check the plants whenever required. We had tried our level best to resolve your query. Just for your information no road side nursery will give u such a prompt and free service ( Hence comparison with road side nursery is unacceptable). You were worried for two dried string of Hoya hope which usually happens due to irregular watering. We have all your chats available regarding the same. Our nursery owner couldn't answer your call or reply because he was out of town. We never thought of this review for little delay in reply. Still we apologise for your disappointment Sir.
