Very Disappointing and Unprofessional Service My experience with this place has gone from good to terrible. During the first month, everything seemed fine, but lately, the quality and service have dropped drastically. I recently ordered home delivery, and instead of proper gravy, they shamelessly sent us water mixed with salt and chilli powder. It was inedible (I'm not Kidding) What’s worse is that even after complaining, there was no proper response and even the biryani was extremely spicy with no plain rice, making it nearly impossible to eat. It’s clear they’re relying purely on their brand name now, with zero focus on quality or customer care. This level of negligence and arrogance is unacceptable. Businesses like this need to be held accountable. Until they take customer feedback seriously and improve their standards, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.
