Many people visit this restaurant to try good beef, chicken and biryani. The attentive staff welcomes guests all year round. The professional service demonstrates a high level of quality at GRAND MAJILIS CAFE AND RESTAURANT. But a number of people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Such a PATHETIC RESTAURANT! Placed an order at 1.25 pm, (3 Chicken Biriyani), promised they will deliver food within 20-30 min.. Called them at 2.00, they said food is packed and just need to wait for delivery client to arrive. I waited, called them at 2.20, they said will call me back.. they didn't, and 10 mins later I called them and they said "Delivery will be late" If you cannot make a promise to the customer they don't make it. And the kind of arrogance showed by the guy who took the phone last was completely out of this world. Delayed delivery is fine and it's quite humane, but the kind of arrogance these people show to the customer with the attitude of "Don't Care" is unwanted. If you promise delivery in 20 mins, atleast deliver it in 30 mins and the place is only 3 kms away..

Thankyu for your feedback. Sorry for what you have experienced from our restuarant. We have made so many changes in our restuarant including staffs and food.
