I have booked a slot for our anniversary, paid also before 5days itself and planned everything to celebrate but there is no any confirmation mail Or message from this team neither of them contacted to me. I only have called to them, no response even to chat also A day before, I have called them, at last someone responded saying that a slot has already been booked and asking me to cancel and refund. Very disappointed and embarrassedembarrassed, I can't look for other one as it's too late.
