Service boy: told kitchen is closing any order required
Customer : I said no,
Service boy : then he stops Air conditioner and gone away, while we are having lunch have to wait some time but not like that and gone away and at 04:05 pm bill was taken and
Customer : I have paid bill 943 and I have paid 950 again
service boy: come again and asked sir tip not provided, bill is 943 he saying that and I said I was included paid 950 rs 2 times he asked
Customer : we have ordered snacks and biryani it takes some time while having it
Service boy: again come and told that sir closed we are still having lunch and
Customer : I said that okay in that case give this me parcel I will move out from here and I said I was arrived you have to mention that at 04:00 pm restaurant will closed we won't be there no service provided all air conditioner closed like but when I arrived no one was told that regards closing time. When I asked for parcel he told that no service man is here all are gone and I asked what I have to do this food

Service boy : again he is asking that sir tip for parcel food
Customer: then I asked that while we are having are you coming and saying that closed and stops all air conditioner and going at what time food was given to me like that I have asked
Service boy : he is saying that 40 min
Customer : we had given your lunch actually time they provided me to eat lunch is at 03:45 they came at 04:00 pm closed again 04:05 bill paid and still having food and again came at 04:10 pm I just said that you had given food at 03:45 but u r saying that 03:30. In this case you have to tell when we arrived to eat in that case we will go away and will check for another restaurant were service is available
service boy: told that you can complaint to manager we are not providing
Customer: because of all of tip not given so that service boy is coming and asking so many times and answer is not giving properly while asking questions by customers
This is all of just for tips this how restaurant staff is working very badly not provided service well and asking tips so many times
If service is good then customer will provide good tips to service boy this is not good overall
Food : snacks are worst giving like outside chicken pakodi foods all are bones provided no flush to eat waste of money and price is high
Biryani over all not good but okay and price is high giving less quantity
