I'm writing to you because I had a terrible experience with you. I arrived at the restaurant at 6 p.m., as my Zomato district reservation was for that time, but they refused to serve me, claiming that it was their break time (if you have break time, you have not give slot for that time because customer is coming from far). Then, when I adjusted and arrived at 7 p.m., they informed me that they would give me a full meal if I didn't take they will not apply the district offer. I would want to ask the district if there are any limitations and conditions for that, so please include them on your offer page as a customer who is arriving with a reservation with you and you are giving 25%off they don’t give such respect. And one more thing they denied to pack leftover food as we are paying them why they denied us. Please improve your service as i am the regular walking customer of yours but after this experience i will never recommended any one. And whom ever who is reading this please confirm them first then go there. They behave like they are giving free food to us.

Had a wonderful experience at GFC Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, with a range of options that even included meals for kids.
