Thank you for your review , we make sure we serve the best to our customers . It is also to bring to your notice that every detail was mentioned to you at your arrival . We specifically requested you to consider changing of room at no extra cost which you denied as there was no issue to your room . Unfortunately we don't not refund the amount paid to us for invalid reasons. We always aimed to provide services to our customers and we will continue to provide good services even in unfair circumstances like yours who is taking advantage of the privilege you have been provided by Google and making faulty impressions . We do not have geyser switch in any room as we have central system to heat the water . The shower placed as per the standard norms and cannot be customised because you are arriving, also the head cover band is placed in the rooms or provided .Everything you have mention is provided on request with the Reception.
