Service and food were exceptional. Clean rooms, Breathtaking view of tea plantation. They have there own secret garden where you can see spice plantation like cardimom and coffee. Dinner and breakfast buffet has variety of option to choose from. And all items were good in taste. Service: 5

We have booked executive rooms and it was very clean and staff was so helpful. View is admirable from the location. Bathrooms are damn good designed. Specially for the heightened persons.Breakfast was much delicious and with much favourable options.They have a unique bonfire facility that should be must try. The only setback for us was the water bottle which was having a bit rusty lid on it though it was purified and UV processed water. Also the smokey smell was always there from the backside. Might be someone is smoking and the window was not closing enough. Service: 5

Had pleasant stay at the misty mountain resort. Booked 5 rooms for large family. Food is very good. The staff Meenakshi, Santra, Rajitha, Gowtham, Srikutty, Rincy were very friendly and helped a lot. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view
