Hospitality of the staff was commendable..The rooms are either Taj facing or the Pool facing,, so view is not an issue whichever site you get, however we got "Taj facing room" which was even nicer ... Two major attractions for the Hotel (especially for kids) are the "Puppet show" and "Magic Show" .. You may also be able to buy some Puppets and Magic show items at a decent price... The Hotel also has a few shops inside to buy Indian ethnic outfits / jewels... One point is deducted for not showing the Hotel property even after asking:) However, Stay at the "Gateway Hotel" is Highly recommended.

The best part is the staff , highly courteous and try their best to make you comfortable! Whatever you is requested they do their best to make it for you.
Mr Madan and Mr Thomas were always asking and welcoming to do their best ! Highly recommend the continental cuisine. Even all the Chefs especially Mr Dinesh Pal kept coming and asking for the food and anything specifically to make .
Will recommend to all Family !

We stay in the gateway and had excellent Dinner and Breakfast at GAD. The best thing at GAD is the service and their staff who are ready to provide any customised dish as we need. One of the best experience we had as family.
