We found this place thru google search during our recent trip to Karaikudi. We were craving for different type of food from the usual chettinad cuisine in Karaikudi. This place is a pure gem and truly live up to his name “Fusion”!! We are really glad and satisfied to fine this place!! We ate dinner at their place and the next day we packed for lunch as well. Their pizza, ravioli n Kataifi Prawns were really delicious and yummy. We were so hungry till we forgot to take picture of the food except for the starter ! The head Chef David is such a nice person. We truly admire his spirit to settle down at his native place after travelling throughout the world. We wish him all the best & we are certain that Fusion Bistro will go to next level as they offer superb food, excellent service and great ambience!
