This is a small place with great ambience.
The name is Fusion but I didn't see any fusion in there food menu though food they serve is really tasty. We ordered Caribbean Jerk Chicken, Prawn Tempura in starters. Caribbean Jerk Chicken jas really good, it has some unknown spice which gives it a kick.
Main course options are not too much versatile. We decided to order Fish and Chips. Fish was good but chips are not upto the mark.
Staffs were very friendly and service was decent.
The staff is warm and pleasant but that’s about it, being asked a few questions about the menu, there was a sudden change in number of member of staff from the one who was taking order to someone who claimed to know the menu. Of corse didn’t answer to our satisfaction. This was one of those weekends where the fight between urge to eat good food to end a weekend On a Good note and urge to just eat, the later won.
Of course when food was served portions were moderate surprisingly non veg dish had a generous portion while the vegetarian was totally under served. Yeh portion for one persons meal as explained by the attendant as a tall claim turned out to be a false claim. The vegetarian dish wasn’t bad at all, though it can’t claimed to be good either, my wife mentioned that the sauce in which chicken was cooked or I must say half cooked was surprisingly quite delicious. However the chicken was not cooked properly.
Here’s my advice, train you staff to know what they serve, train them to answer any question on any dish served including portion size, work on playing better music, clean your toilet a little better and of course get your chef a few lessons on Cokking chicken at the right temperature, you will be one of the Popular eating joints in the area.

My words folks, in an era of stiff competition, I have seen food joints go out of business in no time, so be proactive .
For those who wan to try this restaurant, it doesn’t deserve one visit from you in the honour of al Enterpreneurs, post that follow your gut or experience.
Locating the restaurant is not an issue as it is on the main road but parking is a problem, but I think that is a standard issue in Bangalore. The place is pretty small as compared to what you see in the pictures. There are around 6-7 tables max with a very confusing seating arrangement. Confusing because if you get the table near the windows then you get a good view with your food, but if you get a table in front of the door, you are screwed. The speakers are located there along with the AC vents. Not only is it freezing cold and loud but you get disturbed by everyone waiting and entering the restaurant. The ambience is alright but they should turn off the lamp lights on top of the tables in the afternoon as they are very distracting.
The music was one thing that definitely caught my attention as it played every song that most of us heard as kids. And nostalgia on a Sunday afternoon is mandatory.
Coming to the food, we had ordered the General Tso chicken, Thai red curry with fusion street fried rice, Basil Pesto sauce pasta and crispy chicken. General Tso chicken was nice but could do with some more flavours. It seemed slightly bland to me. It is supposed to be a specialty but it didn't seem that exquisite to me. Thai red curry was average as it is my favourite item and I have had it almost everywhere in Bangalore. The gravy was thin and the chicken pieces were overcooked hence spoiled the taste for me. The fried rice was decent and quantity enough to serve two people. Pasta was delicious and even quantity was decent. Crispy chicken was my favourite dish and I think I can go there again for that. But the dishes did seem overpriced for the quality of food being served.
The staff is polite but the service is slow. Considering most of the bachelors directly go for lunch when they wake up, we don't like waiting too much. But if the place is crowded then I would suggest you avoid it as with those many people talking at the same time it echoes a lot in that place and it's difficult to have a conversation.
