Clients don't like chicken at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff is unprofessional as a number of guests note. A lot of people mark that the service is nice. The lovely atmosphere will be a good addition to appetizing dishes and good location of Fusion. But most visitors who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Food and atmosphere is really good. But staff behaviour was very cold, no greeting at all.. Worst was the food wait time.. highly NOT RECOMMENDED. Not worth the price Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It was very disappointed experience with the dining . I ordered a chicken dish that arrived noticeably undercooked, When I brought this issue to the staff's attention, I was surprised by their lack of concern. Not only did they fail to address the problem promptly, but I also did not receive an apology or even a simple acknowledgment of the issue. Given the importance of food safety and customer service in the hospitality industry, I expected much better. This experience has left me hesitant to return, as it’s clear there is a lack of focus on both quality and guest satisfaction. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the service standards in the future.
